   package = 소포 / 포장물

I have a package for Mrs. Lee.

 

Packed = 꽉 찬(형용사)

This class was packed.

The concert hall was packed !

The store is packed !

Wow !  The mall is complete packed.

 

Past (시간) = (시간)이 넘은 / (시간)이 지난

It's already past midnight !

It's past 2 !

No way !  It's past 11.

   No way ! = 절대 안 받지! = 말도 안 돼 ! = 절대 싫어! = 절대 아니야 !

 

Padal away = 페달을 밟고 (급하게) 도망가다.

   bicycle = bike = 자전거 / 모터사이클

   hit > hit > hit

   run away = driver away

Per (명사) = (명사) 하나당

In Person = 직접(만나서) / 실물로

Pick up (목적어) + from (명사) = (목적어)를 (명사)에게 픽업하다.

Pick (대명사) up + from (명사) = (목적어)를 (명사)에게 픽업하다.

   pick up  <=>  drop off

   nursery = 어린이집  vs  kinder garten = 유치원

I picked him up from the supermarket.

Picky + about (명사) = (명사)를 가리다 / (명사)에 대해 까다롭다

  propose = pop the question = 프러포즈하다.

Plans //

Have Plans + for (명사) = (명사)에 약속이 있다

   plan(= 혼자만의 목표 / 약속)  vs  plans(= 친구들과의 약속) 

Do you have any plans for the weekend?

   weekend = 주말

Do you have any plans for tomorrow?

I have no plans for tonight.

 

Play + against (명사) = (명사)를 상대로 시합하다.

They played against Korea.

We played against Franch.

We played against the Japanese team.

You guys played against the Runners, right?

   you guys = 너희들 / 여러분,  against = ~를 상대로

 

Play hide-and-seek = 숨바꼭질하다

Do you want to play hide-and-seek?

It's time to play hide-and-seek !

Wait. My music book is playing hide-and-seek with me.

   music book = 음악 책

   play tag = 술래잡기하다

 

Play + with (명사) = (명사)를 가지고 놀다

   toy = 장난감,  doll = 인형
