   tear > tore > torn(형용사)

   calf [kæf] = 종아리,   calves = 종아리들(복수)

   muscle [mʌsl] = 근육 / 힘 / 근력 / 압력

   He had torn muscles.

   My legs muscles are torn.

   hospital = 종합병원 vs doctor's office = 단과병원 / 개인 병원

   stay in the hospital = 입원하다.

   I stayed in the hospital for a week.

   I don't want to stay in the hospital.

   do i have = 의무감(무거움) vs should i = 고민(가벼움)
