   you guys = 너희들 / 여러분,  against = ~를 상대로

   play + against (명사) = (명사)를 상대로 시합하다.

   We played against the Japanese team.

   They played against Korea.

 

Z Yes !  We beat them by two goals!

   beat = 이기다(상대방),  win = 이기다(게임)

   beat > beat > beaten

   by (명사) = (명사) 차이로

   We won by one goal!

   We beat them by 30 points.

   good for (목적어) = (목적어)에게 잘됐네!

   Good for them!

   Good for your nephew!
